By using this site, applying as a creator, applying as a chatter, or otherwise engaging with our services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally able to view, produce, or moderate adult content in your jurisdiction. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from applying or interacting with our services. Identity and age verification is mandatory before any onboarding step.

Company Rules

The Dos & Don'ts.

Every team member, partner, and creator on our roster agrees to these. Violations are grounds for immediate termination of partnership.

The Dos

  • Verify age & identity (18+) before any work begins.
  • Sign and honor the NDA before accessing any creator account.
  • Respect every creator's voice, brand, and stated boundaries.
  • Use secure passwords and two-factor authentication on all accounts.
  • Report suspicious behavior, scams, or platform violations immediately.
  • Communicate openly with your team lead and your assigned creators.
  • Stay current with platform terms (OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, etc.).
  • Treat every subscriber and team member with respect.

The Don'ts

  • Never apply, work, or interact if you are under 18 — strictly enforced.
  • Never share creator content, identity, or login credentials.
  • Never engage in messaging that is illegal, exploitative, or violates platform rules.
  • Never reference real-world meetups, contact info, or off-platform exchanges.
  • Never use AI bots or auto-responders unless explicitly approved.
  • Never poach creators, chatters, or trade secrets to competitors.
  • Never solicit, accept, or engage with anyone who appears underage.
  • Never breach confidentiality, even after a partnership ends.

Privacy Policy

VELURRA Agency ("we," "our," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

What we collect

  • Application data: Name, email, age confirmation, country, platform handles, and any answers you submit through our application forms.
  • Creator data: Public creator profiles, performance metrics, content guidelines, and brand-voice notes shared with us during onboarding.
  • Chatter data: Identity documents (for verification), tax/payment information (where applicable), training records, and performance data.
  • Technical data: Anonymized analytics, page visits, device type, and approximate location for site improvement.

How we use it

  • To review applications and onboard partners and team members.
  • To provide chat moderation services and produce performance reports.
  • To process payments and meet legal/tax obligations.
  • To communicate updates, opportunities, and important policy changes.

How we protect it

All data is stored encrypted, behind role-based access controls. Only verified, NDA-signed staff may view sensitive material, and only when required for their role. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing admin@velurra.agency. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations.

By accessing this website or applying for any VELURRA Agency role or partnership, you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to use any VELURRA service.
  • You must be legally permitted to view, produce, or moderate adult content in your jurisdiction.
  • Creators applying for partnership must meet our minimum threshold of 5,000+ followers or active subscribers across major adult creator platforms.

Service description

VELURRA Agency provides chat moderation, fan-engagement, and inbox-management services to verified adult content creators. We do not produce, distribute, or own the content of any creator we work with. We do not own creator accounts, content rights, or intellectual property.

Conduct

Users of this site, applicants, and onboarded partners agree not to: (a) use the service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to bypass age or identity verification; (c) impersonate another person; (d) interfere with the operation of our site or services; (e) violate the terms of any third-party platform we operate on.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate partnerships, or remove accounts at our discretion — particularly in cases of policy violation, fraud, or behavior that endangers other users or creators.

Disclaimer

Earnings figures, testimonials, and statistics shown on this site reflect past results from selected partners and are not guaranteed for future clients. Individual results vary based on follower count, content strategy, niche, and platform conditions.

NDA & Confidentiality

Every chatter, manager, and VELURRA team member signs a binding non-disclosure agreement before being granted access to any creator account, profile, or business data. This NDA covers:

  • The identity of any creator we work with, past or present.
  • Any content, conversations, schedules, earnings, or strategies belonging to a creator.
  • Internal VELURRA training material, tooling, processes, and pricing.
  • Any data accessed through the course of work, on or off platform.

NDA obligations survive the end of any partnership or employment indefinitely.

Age Verification

VELURRA Agency operates exclusively in the adult industry. We require:

  • Self-confirmation of age (18+) at the application stage.
  • Government-issued ID verification before onboarding to any role.
  • Proof of legal account ownership for creators applying for partnership.

Any individual found to be under 18 is immediately removed from our systems and reported to the relevant authorities where required.

Platform Compliance

We operate within the rules of every platform we serve, including but not limited to OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, ManyVids, LoyalFans, JustForFans, and others. Our staff are trained on each platform's terms and prohibited content categories. We do not engage in:

  • Off-platform solicitation or contact exchange.
  • Content that violates platform community standards.
  • Promotion of illegal, exploitative, or harmful activity.
  • Use of unauthorized automation, bots, or generative AI for messaging without explicit creator consent.
